Marcella Kroll’s artwork spans a diverse array of mediums, including illustration, painting, interactive spells, and wearable art, all imbued with her deep knowledge of esoteric traditions.

Her practice uniquely blends ancient iconographies with contemporary cultural language, with a particular focus on the symbolism of adornment as both material and meaning.

Central to her work is the exploration of the four elements, particularly water, which serves as a conduit for liminality—the space between worlds, both physical and metaphysical.

Through her creations, Kroll opens portals for ritual activation, inviting viewers to engage in acts of manifestation and protection. For example; her wearable protective capes, designed to ground both body and spirit, allow individuals to traverse the elements and ether, transforming spaces and places in the process.

In this way, Kroll’s art becomes an active, spiritual tool, calling upon the divine to shape reality and guide the practitioner through shifting dimensions.
